1897 Montreal type 1 “C” flag cancel (MAR 9) on #P15 2c UPU postcard. Addressed to Wien University, Germany, but is actually Wien, Austria. The Wien postmark in blue is a receiver mark.

The message is from McGill university library asking for a book “Di Syphile in Die Venerischess Krankhectoero” (Syphilis and venereal diseases)
