1885 GB to Canada, shortpaid, rate “10c” handstamp, postage due.

1885 GB 1d lilac (2), 1/2d tied by Strabane duplex (AP 23) to Newmarket, Ontario, with hour glass “D T / Centimes 25” and rare “10¢” handstamps to indicate 10c collect. The rate was short paid 2 1/2d double deficiency is 5d = 10c collect.

This is the first example of this 10c hammer that I have seen.
