1879 Newburg, Ontario complaint about Postmaster.

1879 Newburgh, Ontario (AP 29) letter with #37 3c Small Queen, to E. Hooper, M.P. in Napanee. The writer complain asks the M.P. to determine the results of an investigation he requested to be undertaken into the irregularities of W.K. Miller, postmaster at Newburgh. The Post Office Inspector R. Barker from Kingston investigated and the writer wants to know the results.
