#39b 6c Small Queen, perf 11.5×12, tied by  cork cancel on worn cover from Toronto (1874) with rare “Canadian Packet E”to London, England, shortpaid with rare “Short Paid / Half fine” hs, ms “3” and “1 1’2” for total of 4 1/2, and large “6”, reverse with London bs (SP 9 74), and inspector’s cross.
