1867 Wingham Coroner stencil cc, from Wingham (AP 19 67) to Goderich. Rated “CANADA UNPAID 10” using cross border handstamp, then large “7” (5c rate plus 2c penalty), then ms “14” for double weight (double 5c+2c penalty). A very early and unusual stencil use not often found in Canada.
