1850 SC Quebec (DE 6) to Ledbury, England bs (DE 23) with “PAID AT QUEBEC” crown hs, ms rated 1/2 Stg, 1/4Cy prepaid.
The Paid at Quebec crown was typically struck once on domestic paid covers, twice on paid covers to the US. I haven’t seen an example of the Paid at Quebec used singly on a cover to England.
Logic would dictate that it would be two strikes for BNA and GB postage fully prepaid.
